You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Do you want to return an item? Please contact us within this period. We will then agree on the steps you need to take to return the item and get your money back. You then have another 14 days to return the item. We will refund the item, including any initial shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receipt. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused (if applicable). You will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
