  • What materials are suitable for wall circles? Can they also be used outside?

    Circles to hang on a wall can be made from different materials. These each have their own specific properties and depending on what you prefer, a material will be more or less suitable for you. Some materials:

    • Dibond : Dibond is a brand name for aluminium sandwich panels. These panels consist of two thin outer layers of aluminium with black polyethylene (plastic) in between. The combination of these two materials ensures that this material is both strong and lightweight. This material has a matte appearance. The big advantage of Dibond material is that it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Dibond is also slightly more expensive than, for example, Forex, but in addition to the advantages of being able to use the material outdoors, a print on dibond comes into its own better, giving these wall circles a more luxurious appearance.
    • Forex : this is a smooth plastic sheet (PVC polystyrene) that is very light in weight, but still has a fairly sturdy structure. Forex is therefore very strong but still a little flexible. It has a matt appearance. Forex can only be used indoors.
    • Plexiglas or Acrylic glass : glass gives a beautiful reflection, clear and sleek appearance provides spatial effects and a special shine. Glass is suitable for outdoor use.
    • Multiplex (wood) : this is a board that is constructed from different wood veneer layers. Multiplex has a matt appearance and is only suitable for indoor spaces.
    • Grasses : at the Belgian brand Bazar Bizar you will find the most beautiful examples made from different types of grass, including Mengdong grass . Mengdong is a type of water grass that grows on Java, Indonesia. It is used to make baskets, trays and wall decorations. This water grass grows naturally without the use of extra fertilizers or pesticides. It is harvested on

  • How do I hang wall circles?

    With each product description you will find the dimensions and material of the wall circle. This will determine how you can best attach the wall circles to the wall. The material of your wall is also important. A wooden wall, brick wall, plasterboard wall, all require their specific mounting materials. Is the wall circle made of Forex and does it only weigh a few dozen grams? Then you can attach it to the wall with double-sided tape. There is also tape that you can easily remove from the wall, without damaging the wall, the paint or the wallpaper, or without leaving marks on the wall. The tape is not included with these wall circles. It is very easily available in most DIY stores and hardware stores. Is the wall circle made of heavier material such as Dibond and does it weigh a bit more? Then tape is not suitable for hanging it. Read the product description of the wall circle; it states whether a hanging system is included. Some wall circles are already equipped with a hanging plate so that you can simply attach it to the wall with a nail.
